The Second Power

The only way to take control of your life, raise your standard of living and move beyond merely surviving is to create your own unique product or service that you offer to increasing numbers of people in exchange for the things of value that you desire. This simple formula applies to countries as well as people. A self-sufficient economy has its own products or services of value to export to the world. Similarly, a self-sufficient individual has something of value to exchange in the global marketplace. That thing of value is based on your natural talent, skill, or interest—in other words, your passion!

>One can play the game to win
and one can lead the cheer
One can draw what’s yet to be
and one can engineer

One can paint the picture first
and one can sell the art
One can think first with the head
and one leads with the heart

One can fly to fantasy
and one can keep it real
One can set the policy
and one can close the deal

One can do the gathering
and one carries the load
One can read the map for both
and one can watch the road
One can ask the questions first
and one can then advise
(Sometimes you’ll see farther
with a second pair of eyes)

One can do a lot of things
but this I’ll share with you:
“when two or more are gathered…”
there’s no telling what they’ll do!

No matter what project or journey you’re embarking on, you can go much further, see more clearly, fly much higher, and achieve greater things when the dream is shared with and aided by another. Sometimes all you need is that one extra set of eyes, or that one extra mind focused on your goal to make it come true. There’s an exponential increase in the energy available for creation, and a greater hope of success when you harness other people’s energy. (H.O.P.E.= Harness Other People’s Energy)

Metaphysicians, spiritualists, motivational speakers, and all religions speak of this phenomenon, and much evidence supports the documented power of teams, networking, group prayer, mentoring, friendships and mastermind alliances as critical components of success, prosperity, healing and personal growth. So, in whatever you do, make it your first priority to find your second power! Success awaits.
